Healthy Nut Butter Freezer Fudge
It's okay to eat this treat because it's gluten-free and full of healthy fats. This freezer fudge is easy to make and great for when you want something sweet. Coconut oil, creamy almond butter, and a hint of maple syrup make for a great mix of flavors. You can eat a piece right out of the freezer whenever you want a healthy snack or dessert.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional, for topping
Instructions:
Put parchment paper around the edges of a square baking dish
Melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt should all be mixed together in a bowl
Mix until it's smooth
Put the mix into the baking dish that has been prepared and spread it out evenly
If you want, you can sprinkle chopped nuts on top
Do this: Freeze the dish for at least two hours, or until it is firm
If it's not frozen yet, take it out and cut it into squares
Keep the fudge in the freezer in a container that won't let air in
