Roasted Garlic Brussels Sprouts



These roasted garlic Brussels sprouts are a simple yet flavorful Paleo side dish that pairs well with any main course. The combination of roasted Brussels sprouts and minced garlic creates a deliciously savory flavor that will satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C

In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated

Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking time
