Frozen Greek Yogurt Pops with Pistachios and Dark Chocolate
These frozen Greek yogurt pops are a delightful treat that combines the creamy goodness of Greek yogurt with the nutty crunch of pistachios and the richness of dark chocolate. They make for a perfect summer dessert or a healthy snack any time of the year.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract
Mix well until smooth and creamy
Fold in the chopped pistachios and dark chocolate chips into the yogurt mixture
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion
Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen
To remove the pops from the molds, briefly run them under warm water to loosen
