Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put orange juice, minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl

Add the chopped cilantro and mix well

Combine well

Put the chicken thighs in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again

Make sure that each chicken thigh is evenly covered with the marinade as you pour it over it

Put it in the fridge for at least two hours, or overnight for the best taste

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level

Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade

Put the chicken thighs on the grill with the skin side down and cook for 6 to 8 minutes

Turn the meat over and grill for another 6 to 8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 75C and the juices run clear

Once done, take it off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes

Serve hot, and if you want, top with more fresh cilantro
